Alicia is planning to participate in the Functional Range Release FRC® Certification Seminar to grow our knowledge in the areas of mobility training, joint strengthening, performance enhancement, and rehabilitation.  Alicia has always been interested in the human movement and currently on track to earn a degree as a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a minor in Exercise Physiology from Saint Francis University.   For health reason Alicia has been on a Celiac-friendly diet for many years which has helped her realize the importance of nutrition for athletic performance and aims to work with our gym on healthy and creative meal planning and preparation ideas. Alicia is a lifelong athlete who was a competitive swimmer in high school and loves to compete in all facets of sport and fitness. She recognizes the benefits a varied strength and conditioning program provides to both competitive athletes as well as everyday people looking to improve overall health and mental toughness. Her goal is to connect with each person she trains in a way that motivates and excites them to perform at their highest level. Alongside Ashley, Alicia was assistant coach for the YPCC Sparklers all-star cheerleaders, a competitive youth cheerleading team that successfully competed for 3 years all across the United States.  During her time with the Sparklers she gave special attention to the squads gymnastics abilities and helped coach youth tumbling programs and private lessons.
