The workout is to be completed in a partner effort, where repetitions can be broken up however the two teammates choose. Both runs must be completed by each partner.
Heats start at 12:15 pm and run every 30 minutes.
There will be two divisions (not including the youth division -- see below for information).
- 400m Run followed by 30-20-10 of Pull-ups, Box Jumps (24"/20"), and Ground-to-Overheads (95/65lbs) followed by another 400m Run.
400m Run followed by 30-20-10 of Burpees, Box Jumps (24"/20"), and Ground-to-Overheads (75/55lbs) followed by another 400m Run.
- Note: everyone can do box step-ups in lieu of box jumps.
- Remember to wear Pink the day of the event to show your support.
This year we are happy to announce that there will be a youth division in addition to the Rx and scaled divisions. The following is the information for the individual youth workouts:
3 separate age divisions-
Kettlebell Deadlifts (9lbs), Jumping Pull-ups, and Burpees
Followed by a run to tree & back (approx. 100m)
Kettlebell Deadlifts (13lbs), Jumping Pull ups and Burpees
Followed by a 400 M Run
400M Run followed by,
Deadlifts (33lbs), Clean & Press dumbbells (10lbs) and Burpees
Followed by 400 M Run
Our staff will teach all movements prior to the workout. Each child will also have an adult helper to ensure safe form during the workout and to count repetitions.
