Mastering the Pull-up
The pull-up requires commitment and a plan. Assuming you will get a pull-up by practicing every once in a while during class isn’t going to lead you on a path to mastery. You need a plan that you can add to your normal gym regiment and a plan that will strengthen the muscles utilized in the pull-up.
