Dee works full time and is a busy wife and mother of 2.  She was a competitive athlete in school -- running on the track team, competing in the football team’s lift-a-thon, and a participating as a cheerleader.  Dee has been working out for many years and has done Kettlebell for over 9 years.  Kettlebell is one of her favorite workouts as it is a total body workout combining cardio and strength and she feels it is a great way to start your fitness journey.  Dee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the Pennsylvania State University.  Away from her full time job, Dee enjoys spending time with her kids, watching them and encouraging them to become better athletes.  In between the chaos of working and being a mom, she loves attending all class at Legends!  Setting goals for herself in the gym is something she focuses on to become a better athlete.  One of her goals is to get people excited about working out in hopes of when they walk out of the gym they feel they got the best workout possible and want to keep coming back!
