Sara has earned her Mind/Body certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She realized the many benefits of yoga and Pilates while in college and believes that this type of exercise is the perfect complement to a strength training routine.   Sara hopes to create a yoga/Pilates combination class to help individuals improve flexibility, body awareness, range of motion, and balance. In addition to these benefits, yoga/Pilates can also help strengthen and lengthen muscles, increase energy, and reduce stress, to name a few.   Sara earned a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania before going on to obtain her Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) credential. She is currently working for The Nutrition Group as a School Food Service Director. Her goal is educate people on the importance of properly fueling their body in order to function at their very best.
