egends Warehouse is a 4500 square foot fitness facility where you will not find rows of stationary cardio equipment and weight machines. Instead you will find kettlebells, barbells, and pull-up bars in a large wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting, pushing, and throwing – this allows you to move your body the way it was designed to be moved. All workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic the functional movements performed in everyday life or sport.
